So I have purchased a laptop via eBay classifieds and already paid by PayPal. (Unfortunately about friends and family). So now I've got Grade the e-mail from eBay which includes:
"We had to restrict the access of the provider you were in contact with, as we suspect that the user account is being misused by third parties, and it is likely that they have either changed their original ads, posted new ads, or sent messages without the user's knowledge he did not write himself. "
What should I do now, I phoned before the purchase with the seller and he seemed very nice and did not make me impression of a scammer.

Congratulations, you have made a money gift that you can't reclaim via PP.

Scammers are always very nice, so victims like you do not suspect, has also worked well.
Go to the police tomorrow and make a complaint, but you are going to lose money with 99% certainty.
And next time you should not click away, but read and understand: http://kleinanzeigen.ebay.de/anzeigen/sicherheitshinweise.html
Great, thanks anyway
Nevertheless?
Error number 1: paid by friends and family.
Error number 2: trust someone foreign blind.
what do you think why the pay function is only for friends and family? You have no buyer protection now and Paypal is out of it.
The only thing that remains is that you make a complaint. Do you win that does not mean that you get your money, because this must be sued on the civil law way. Means, payment order - enforcement order - bailiff.
the cheater has no coal - haste anyway lost.
Sorry, but you might as well have thrown your money out the window and hope someone will bring you a laptop over ;-)
Did you close your eyes when buying and paying, when the fat warning came before "Friends & Family"?
Warning ignored and clicked away!
And now moan!
That a miracle happens and you get the laptop, is not to be expected. You can file a complaint, but that will hardly bring your money back.
If it had been eBay, you'd have better odds, but on eBay classifieds you have very bad cards because anyone can sign up with fake data.
Exactly why eBay classifieds only personal delivery and cash payment is provided upon delivery. Everything else is a big risk and there are swarming crowds of scammers who have an easy time ripping off reckless users.
Paypal is recommended.
