Yesterday I installed the latest updates on my laptop (HP ENVY x360 15-cp0704nz) and everything went well then until today I locked the laptop by CTRL + ALT + DEL at about 15 o'clock because I'm out of the office the room had (I was in vocational school today), when I came back I first wondered why it has not scanned my face (I've just added to the password a face recognition and a pin) and then it has asked me Enter password (moreover, no other option was more obvious as well as no other choice such as PIN or so, but only the password) when I then entered the 100% correct password was always there that the password was wrong, but this can't be, now I'm just not in my laptop and need your help so I know how to do it again thank you in advance in advance for your answers

How important do you have to be there? Password + face recognition + PIN, just because you leave the room for a moment? For me incomprehensible…

Pi

No, I did not have everything in parallel, but just as an option deposited if I did not remember the password

pi

That was not your laptop. You accidentally sat down at another table and stolen the laptop from someone else. He has yours now and will find your question here soon.

Pi

Haha very funny but please only constructive answers that can help me too

If you're unlucky I'm right.

then when I entered the 100% correct password was always there that the password was wrong, but this can't be

If you enter the correct password (Capslock? Proper language set?), It does not appear to be wrong. If it appears to be wrong, it is wrong. So it's not your account.

Did you encrypt the files with EFS? If not, you can change the password with a boot stick. Maybe a dear classmate has already done that.

Pi

What does that mean to encrypt with EFS? So I think I did not have the Laptip was just used as a normal working laptop and what kind of boot stick we talk about here, so where can I get such a way to undo something like that. P.S. Thank you for your help, so far I have not really considered that it could have been a classmate.
