Laptop lags when charging?

Whenever I play GTA and I have my laptop on the charging cable, it stutters. But if I stake it out, everything works fine.

Does anyone know why, in most articles you read that the laptop is faster when it is connected to the power supply, in my case exactly the other way around.

Take a look at your energy settings. Maybe something can be done there

Sounds like that in your energy settings the PC should reduce its performance as soon as a power cable is plugged in.

Should actually run the other way around…
