Numlock on by default on Citrix?

In a company, thin / igel clients and citrix are used. The numlock must be switched on every time the user starts up, the users forget that every day and lock themselves and then have to call the it to have themselves unlocked. Is it possible for the citrix admin to set something so that the numlock is turned on for everyone when they start up? On the notebook you can do it in the bios…

The admin can do this via a group policy in Active Directory.
