Philips GoGear Mix does not work, what can I do?

I have a Philips brand MP3 player, the GoGear mix. Unfortunately, it can no longer be switched on when you connect it to the laptop or generally connect it to charge it, it switches itself on and charges, but as soon as you pull it out, the screen goes black, no matter how long it has been charged. I can play songs on my laptop or something but it doesn't work itself… Do you have any tips?

If none of this is of any use, then the battery is likely to be defective. Unfortunately, I don't know how and where you can swap it either.
