Is mibao the Philips brand?

I bought a mibao brand MP3 player.

I don't know the brand, when I plug it into the laptop, my laptop shows me that this is supposed to be Philips.

Couldn't find out anything about it on the internet.

Mibao is just a brand name, the manufacturer will be Phillips or someone who has a license from Phillips. Since Phillips is a corporation, 90% of them, certainly not themselves, know who belongs to it. )
