Whenever I want to write something, the computer simply types in random letters, or if I want to enter E, for example, that simply changes the volume instead of typing in the letters, or if I want to type D, it just comes Ö # and that totally annoys someone who knows why and how to change that? Would appreciate answers.
Someone may have changed the keyboard layout to a different language. Try connecting a second keyboard.
If the same problem occurs with this, the keyboard layout must be reset. If the external keyboard works normally, the laptop keyboard will most likely be defective.
