Following problem:
After I start the laptop, my external (USB) keyboard works about 10 minutes.
Then I hear a sound that you normally hear when you connect a new USB device to the laptop. Then the external keyboard will not work properly anymore. The light above the numeric keypad turns off and on. Say, the keyboard connects well again, I can tap for two or three seconds, then the connection is gone again.
The strange thing, however, is that the laptop keyboard responds the same way and in parallel. If the external goes, also the internal and vice versa.
So if someone can help me there, I would be very grateful. Lg
That sounds like a contact problem. The sound may have been infected for "USB device" when it jerks at the connection.
The bad news is that the internal keyboard is also affected. That In the worst case, the contact inside the laptop is affected. - If it were a contact problem, which of course I can't say from here.

Maybe try another keyboard before. You are probably only from 35 euro only for a quote here. A discount keyboard costs a maximum of 10 euro and can be retained as a reserve.
