Lan socket does not work with some devices?

There are several LAN sockets installed in my house. Actually they all work, just a laptop and my Raspberry Pi don't recognize the connection via the sockets. (I've already tried it with other laptops, PCs, LAN adapters, etc. And it works fine.) It only works when I connect this laptop directly to the router.

The sockets were wired by a specialist who knows about it.

Is it because of the devices or the sockets?

And how can I fix the problem?

Have you entered a fixed IP on your laptop? Switch to automatic.

IP assignment is automatic on all devices. Also on the laptop and the Raspi.
