Problem with my laptop hinges (Gigabyte Aero 15)?

I've had my Gigabyte Aero 15 for 2 years now.

Unfortunately for about 6 months I had to notice that the hinges of my laptop are making strange noises when I slowly close the screen.

The noises sound like something is grinding.

I wanted to send my laptop back to Gigabyte, but I read very bad reviews on the internet.

I would be very happy if someone could help me how he / she solved the problem with his laptop.

Multi-oil can help, but not too much and wait a few days after application.

For the manufacturers this is normal creaking noises. If the house gate squeaks, it won't be exchanged.

But be careful, cover the keyboard well
