Help!
I wanted to transfer some of my pictures to my laptop because my cell phone storage space is pretty full. However, since the transmission cable is pretty bad, my laptop could not access some folders (or the folder was empty)
Then I created a new folder so maybe the laptop can access it and I can transfer the pictures from there.
However, I made the big mistake of not moving the pictures, but of copying the 2400 pictures. That also worked, when the process was finished, I got a message that the memory is full and that some functions are not working.
Nothing works now. The screen got stuck in the gallery, I can only switch to the camera and back by double-clicking the home button. Even with the home button, I can't come back from the gallery, the display no longer reacts.
I haven't restarted because I'm afraid I won't be able to unlock it.
Does anyone have a solution that doesn't include factory reset?
Turn it off and on again. Download AVG and Tuneup, that clears away garbage.
I don't trust me to shut it down because the display is not responding…
What kind of device is it all about? Are there 399 different smartphones?
Samsung Galaxy S6, I forgot to mention
