Keyboard not working properly?

I bought an Akoya notebook less than a year ago. The arrow keys have not worked properly for some time and they often chop, which is why the page scrolls down. Then pushed it up slightly with a nail file, then everything went again. However, that doesn't even work anymore. I'm a little desperate right now, because I urgently need the notebook for school and it's not that old either.

Please urgently for tips

If a simple "cleaning" does not help, you would have to open the laptop once and clean the keyboard or the contact foil.
It may be possible that the film is damaged or closed.
