I hate ribbon cables how the hell am I putting the keyboard ribbon cable back in its place on my notebook mainboard again?

I have the slight impression that now by my failures very few contacts or These tiny little strokes contacts at the end of this ribbon cable 3 of about 40 of them are bent I hope the cable is not completely over now.

it is just annoying to put the thing in the socket purely it is also so short that I have no fines feeling for it is not at all suitable for me in the hand or between the fingers.
