How can I improve the saturation of the screen in Windows?

My schoolmate bought a laptop that has acceptable values in and of itself (even if only a 10th generation Intel i3 is installed).

Nonetheless, savings were made on his touch screen, as the picture is very pale and causes headaches in the long run.

I wanted to help him and at least improve the general picture a bit with certain basic settings for contrast and saturation. Now I have confused such a setting with Android, since I couldn't find anything on Windows. Unfortunately, it does not have an Nvidia graphics processor and therefore has no good graphics settings.

My question is, where can I make settings like brightness, contrast, hue and saturation in normal Windows? And if this is not possible, which third party software are well suited for such a minimal improvement in image quality?

PS. I realize that if I can't adjust the screen directly, it can't get better quality. That's why I only ask for settings that allow software to create a kind of filter over the existing image.

Thank you in advance for your constructive answers and tips!

Unfortunately, this is not enough because the brightness is already at its maximum. It would really be better to have a function that adjusts the brightness more prominently and also includes saturation and contrast. Similar to the Nvidia control panel.

But thank you anyway.
