From what price range do laptops start surfing that are reasonably good?
Basically every laptop is sufficient for surfing.
So if you just want to do that, what are your requirements? In Pronzip, you can do this with any cheap laptop, it always depends on the comfort. I would look to surf for a laptop that is relatively thin, that has an IPS (no Tn Pannel), and very importantly that has an ssd installed, otherwise you will get upset at some point why everything is charging so long
