How can you give away skins in Fortnite?

So how does it work? (PS4 and laptop)

You can only give away skins with V-Bucks and not just say it in advance.

Go to the corresponding skin in the Item Shop and then to give away items. You can then select someone on your FL if you have 2FA active.
