Laptop with Rtx 2060 and only 60hz refresh rate?

My girlfriend and I moved to town and for space reasons I sold my old PC setup as it keeps your container. Well, I love the MSI GL63 8SE-071 laptop for 1469 euro, but unfortunately it only has a 60hz panel.

Makes a laptop with a 2060 and only 60hz sense or should I prefer to grab a cheaper one with a 1060 for 1000 euro considering I could assemble a desktop PC with a 144hz monitor and a 2070 for 1100 euro?

Yes, that makes sense. High Fps are not in it anyway because of the low power consumption of laptops in the price range anyway.
