Telecom contract unlimited data volume allowed tethering?

Have a question, have the magenta mobile xl young Telekom bought contract with unlimited data volume. Can I safely give my laptop etc like playstation hotspot without any problems?

In business, there was a ban on the first unlimited tariffs. You could not use it in a router or as a hotspot. Was monitored by IMEI tracking (at least it was said to be monitored).
