I can't log in to Instagram on my computer / laptop?

I have a problem. I want to log in to my second account. Unfortunately, this only happens on my cell phone. But I really want to register on my laptop. With the main account, it also works great with logging in. But strangely, when I try to log in with my second account, it doesn't work on my computer. Unfortunately, Instagram support didn't help me. Well I hope someone can help me.
