Laptop problem can someone

My laptop always turns off as soon as you turn it on! Can this be due to the charging cable or the battery?

Usually the device shows you whether it is connected to the network. Check out the corresponding LED on the device.

If you haven't tried this yet, unplug the laptop, take out the battery, wait a while, then plug in the laptop without the battery again. My navigation system has the problem that it does not start when the battery is inserted. It is possible that everyone has a quirk and it could be because of it.
