The day before yesterday, so on May 6th, I ordered a laptop. This should arrive either yesterday or today (with a possible delay in delivery by corona). In the email I got:

"Your goods have just been dispatched.

You will receive the shipping confirmation with the package number for shipment tracking later in a separate email. "

And below that the invoice number. So far I still haven't received an email, even though they said that my package had already been shipped?!

Maybe someone of you has an idea?

If not, have the dealer name it for you.

At the moment everything probably takes a few days longer… And as already answered here: "Your goods have just been dispatched." does not automatically mean that the shipment has already been handed over to the parcel service provider.
