I bought a laptop from the USA on Ebay through the Global Shipping Program, import duties, etc. Everything is regulated. International priority mail
I got two tracking IDs
one starts with 94055 from USPS and there has been no update for almost 7 days, still "in transit"
the other begins with UPAA, international from Pitney Bowes and is no longer valid when I try to track it says that the package does not exist, although the exact ID of Ebay is still given.
Anyone have any idea what that can mean?
The parcel is supposed to arrive by tomorrow, it doesn't look like it because DHL didn't get an ID either, so it's here to tell me its tracking number, so it's not in Germany.
Or can I get ready to "not receive" tomorrow to press and get my money back?

You can forget that:
You will not get a cent back because the seller can prove the shipment using a tracking number.
And Pitney Bowes and PayPal are not responsible for any lost delivery.
Okay, and what about https://parceltracking.pb.com/ when reporting my UPAA ID with "No package with that tracking number found"?
Rather understandable than that it was handed over and I will soon get a new ID from Hermes
or negative that it is deleted from the system?
I do not know, because I have not had such a case and will never have, because I would never buy or pay via GSP due to the negative experiences in the eBay forum.
But here only the stored tracking number counts; if it is available and understandable, then nothing will be returned, because shipping losses are the problem of the buyer.
