Looks like a little trojan.

It's best to look for programs you've never seen before and uninstall them.

How I downloaded something and yes then that was there please help me

I thought to myself, since I don't know where from and what you've downloaded, I can't really help you.

But I had something like that too, found the program and simply uninstalled it.
