Monitor shows input signal except signal?

I have a problem and although I connected my laptop to my monitor, I wanted to change the resolution to 1920x1080 but then suddenly there was an input signal out of range ''

I then changed my resolution back to the old one but nothing has changed

Can someone help me there?

In order for experts to respond, you must have the operating system, e.g. Windows 10 and monitor type.
