Airplane mode on? Dust-free phone jack? Have a look on your cell phone to see if the provider has a general malfunction? If not> call provider.
Nobody can help you without a description of the error.
"Internet does not work" is not very much. ^^
What does Windows troubleshooting say?
You may have to re-enter the Wi-Fi password after restarting the router. Sometimes the router throws you out and you have to reconnect.
