Cleaning the laptop yourself?

Does anyone know if you can clean the inside of a laptop yourself. Mine would be necessary because it overheats. However, because of the corona virus, I can't get it repaired, they have closed.

Blow gently with air pressure at the ventilation slots; anything else would be opening the laptop. You should then look for that with video instructions (Youtube) or better leave it to another person.
