I'm going to throw my PC away because it's broken. I got a new laptop about a year ago. You can have Photoshop from Adobe on two devices.
How can I remove this from my PC so that I can use Photoshop on my laptop and possibly on another device?
Not important. You can deregister your old one on the new device.
You can just uninstall it. You can also use your Adobe account to set which PCs PS will be activated on later.
All you have to do is log into your Adobe account, go to subscriptions and scroll down. There you will find your registered devices which you can then deactivate… You have the option to install the software on two devices with the subscription… You simply delete the old PC. 😉
