Unfortunately I don't know my way around laptops very well looking for a laptop that is up to 350 euro and is fast plus that you can download open office. My sister needs it for homeschooling.
Unfortunately, you don't get anything new with the price. Try it with eBay classifieds. You're sure to find something there.
A) why does it have to be fast and what do you mean by fast?
B) does it have to be a laptop? A PC is cheaper with the same components!

New devices in this price range have weak processors and usually other restrictions.
Good used devices are available in this price range. I strongly recommend a knowledgeable companion.
Laptop because you can take it anywhere.
You don't need it for home schooling.
