I have recently gotten Adobe After Effects (2019) … I've been rumgetestet something in the program, then I downloaded a Youtube music video from Ufo361 down and tried to edit… The first thing I noticed when I start the video, he sings quite normally but then the voice gets low and the video slows down and when I insert an effect and play it then it does not take 3seconds then the program freezes me… My laptop is not the best, but Photoshop works without error. Is that due to the high video quality or the settings. Ram also has enough of the program;)

yes, because then yes must be expected… AE is there even on a high-end computer is quite slow. This has to be calculated first and then it can be played by the RAM
My laptop is not the best, but Photoshop works without errors.
Photoshop need by lengths (!) Less power than After Effects!
Ram also has enough of the program;)
"Enough" would mean up to about 16-20GB at AE
