Download Onenote from windows store → Your device is not compatible?

I have a new laptop. (Actually, the same as the one I had before -> warranty case and so were no problems).

So I set up the new PC and at Onenote (have all my school notes in Onenote therefore I'm relying on it) he gave me the error message "We were not able to sign you in". Thus, I researched and found a solution from Microsoft in which you should uninstall Onenote with the Powershell and then again from the Windows store should download. All right, that's what I did, but when I wanted to load Onenote out of the store, I was denied it. I can't click the button Download. Over there's the information: "This app is not compatible with your device".

How can that be? I used the app for almost a year without any problems on this pc and now it should not be compatibel? And she was already installed before. I have windows 10 version 1511 installed and activated (with a legal product key.

I hope someone can help because I really depend on the program and have now got used to it completely and organized.

Maybe a newer version of Win 10 used so far? It may be that your - as far as I can see - age-old version of Win 10 just does not bring the necessary features.
