Stay with OneNote or switch to GoodNotes?

Goes to everyone who has used both apps in the best case scenario.

I've been using an iPad Air 4 for some time and I'm completely satisfied. Preferably used it for school use in the sense of making handwritten notes and summaries. It actually went pretty well with OneNote, even if I tend to work on a laptop there.

But a friend recommended that I switch to GoodNotes, as it would appear to be much easier and more varied to use. I don't decorate my notes very much, but I would get involved if the GoodNotes operation allows it and it is really easy.

Of course, it may well be that I haven't tried all the functions in OneNote and I may be talking about functions in GoodNotes that OneNote has already had for a long time, but could someone tell me their experiences and help me with my question?

I look forward to every constructive assessment / evaluation, happy Monday evening you!

The big advantage of OneNote is simply that you can edit and read your notes easily on your PC. This is very useful for learning.

In terms of functionality and handling, Goodnotes is better for many, but that's also a bit subjective.

I'm more of a Notability fan. I just find it very clear.

Here is a video:

With Notability, at least I think you can look at your notes from anywhere…
