Mobile phone and laptop back after HD?

When the Kripo took my cell phone and laptop with me on an HD 01.08.19 and I had my court date on 03.03.2020, the verdict was pronounced as follows

2 years probation and 2 weeks youth arrest

I was not talking about the things I had collected, my lawyer said that the things had not moved.

Now to my question I can just call the public prosecutor's office and say that they should send my things back or I go to the police station and pick them up from there. How exactly does it work? If someone would help me I would be really grateful.
