Moin dear community,
Since the very great Windows update (I was allowed to reset my PC for half an hour), my touchpad no longer works on my laptop as soon as I remove my external mouse. This is connected to the computer via a standard USB dongle.
The "HID keyboard" is then installed in the "Bluetooth and other device settings" settings, which apparently deactivates the functionality of the touchpad. Only when I remove them manually with administrator rights (without I have no access) will the touchpad work again, but only as long as I don't connect an external mouse. If I connect one, the "HID keyboard" will be reinstalled and all the fun will start again.
Do you have an idea?
I look forward to any feedback!
Deactivate in the settings that the touchpad is deactivated when a mouse is connected.
Then I have the problem that the touchpad is permanently active, even if it would bother me while gaming. That's why I deactivated this option. Isn't there another way?
