Which SSD with 1TB?

I would like to get a new internal SSD for my laptop (MSI GE73) and spend about 100-150 euro for it. In this price range are about 70% of all SSDs and make the decision is not easy. My system is currently on a 256GB M.2 and should remain so for the time being.

requirements:

Sata and M.2 (second slot) possible

because of VHS digitization also files over 50-100GB must be shifted (own cache necessary?) constant writing rates therefore important!

Warranty over 2 years?

Can someone recommend something?

I can only recommend the Crucial MX500 - with partly under 120 euro, it is quite cheap, and makes little difference to Samsung SSDs

Small note in the area M.2:

Most M2 SSDs are connected via the SATA protocol despite other connections. That said, even if the disk could do much more - the SATA protocol limits to 6GB / s… And that too can cable SSDs.

Although a m.2, but no NVMe SSD, so no difference to a SATA SSD.

Thanks for the answer. NVME could be the Lappi too. But 200 euro are too much. 5 minutes wait at 100GB I can still.

Then as M.2? Would be more future proof or? Do not know if the next Lappi still has the big SATA connection in 2-3 years…
