WLAN connection on the laptop always stops, even though it works on other devices?

I have had a laptop from Medion for about a year, where the Wi-Fi connection always breaks. If I then switch off the WLAN on the laptop and switch it on again, it usually works for a few minutes and then it starts all over again… On some days it works perfectly or not at all, no matter what I do.

On other devices e.g. My cell phone or other laptops in my family have no problems with it…

Do you have any tips?

Update the drivers for the Wi-Fi chip.

You should find it on the Medion homepage.

I would buy an alternative WLAN adapter instead. I suspect the built-in is overheating or has another problem.

You can also first try to deactivate the energy saving mode in the advanced adapter settings and in the energy saving plan under your operating system.
