Maybe Windows 10 thinks as if it were a mini smartphone with 4 inch display, and that's why it made everything so huge.
After low resolution it does not look, because otherwise the writing would be very blurry and pixelated (as far as I can see). Look in the attitude to see if there's nothing upscaled. Because you can also put the symbol size, and with you everything is set to maximum.
