Is blue writing pleasant on a green background?

I'm currently expanding my site with information about deceased celebrities and their income. I find the text fields of appearance and color very soft / pleasant, but tastes are different.

In principle, the contrast is fine, but the blue tone is quite stinging in the eye. I would go down there in the saturation and / or brightness of the hue a few more nuances.
