Laptop speaker tried too quiet everything?

I have a Medion MD 98410 I have Win 10 on it everything worked but I'm missing the soft Dolby Home Theater I was looking for a lot but there was no free version with my soft speakers

Now the question would it make sense to watch loud films with an external sound card? Unfortunately I have no bluetoh on the laptop has anyone experiences in there
