I replaced a speaker on my laptop (Samsung NP700G7A) two weeks ago, as it was sometimes noisy and echoed. Now the problem occurs again. So it will probably not be the speaker itself. Does anyone know how this can happen? The other speaker doesn't cause any problems. If I use a headset, everything is fine too.
I would suspect the amplifier unit is defective. The only thing that helps is to complain, or leave it like that. Otherwise the whole mainboard would have to be replaced.
Thanks for the answer. Is there an explanation why it doesn't come back for two weeks?
I don't know, maybe a cold solder joint. I've already had that with my active speakers.
