So my PC starts at the beginning normal high but after the first loading screen is still a loading screen and there's my laptop hanging you can see a continuous load circle and you can move the mouse I have searched for many info but nothing has helped

go to the task manager with CTRL + ALT + DELETE there click on TASK manager - open.
Now search for the cause and close. Maybe a program will be opened several times. Should you switch off there? Allow autorun only once. But please do not kill the operating DLLs. Otherwise nothing works anymore. Help in the PC workshop (shop) would be useful.
A quick start can cause false information to be stored that can cause problems. Even better is:
Press Win + R
Enter shutdown -g -t 0 and press Enter.
I've already tried but unfortunately is not because nothing can be opened but thanks anyway
