What program can I use to open and get in with a paint (made from online screenshots)?
Can't it be that there's no such thing?
with Win 7 this was done easily with the Windows image viewing part.
Now I download one program after the other with my new Win T laptop ^^
and why is win T with a new laptop slower than Win 7 with a 10 year old (I'm still nice ^^) old?
Meanwhile, I'm already aware of what the new laptop wants, but I'm 100% sure that many old gamers get upset that Win7 was better.
is there any way to make the new laptop faster?
EVERYONE can do that, but really EVERY image editing. By the way, Microsoft Paint too.
