I have a problem with my laptop. I bought it today and connected everything. Windows 10 starts and everything can be set until I get to this point (see picture 1) after I press the PIN button it loads indefinitely… I have the laptop off twice and done but the problem is the same? What can I do about it?
How long did you wait did you turn it off?
with mine that was also the case at the beginning I left it at the store (after loading) approx. After an hour everything went well again.
try again and maybe wait a little longer.
Thanks for the tip. The first time I waited for over 45 minutes
But I just let it charge if it doesn't work in 2 hours I have to try something else for better or worse
