Boot / install MacOS on a laptop?

I would like to switch from Windows 10 to MacOS "Yosemite" on my "Trekstor Primetab T13b" because the T13b runs slowly and I don't feel like uninstalling programs or anything, I generally find the MacOS better and want to load a Hackintosh on it. I read a lot of forums and watched videos, but I still couldn't find a solution. I have made a USB stick bootable on MacOS via TransMac and have to select the USB stick in the BIOS of the laptop, but now comes the problem:

I can't select the USB stick for booting, no matter what I do, I have read so many videos and forums and tried 6 hours to boot the USB stick but I can't make it… So I'm asking here if someone could help me what I should / could do…
