Is this an e-bay classified scam?

Is this a scam? It's about a laptop worth 950 euro. The person sent me the same message twice and also asked for my account details. Why does he need my account details? Is that normal? What account details does he want?

He doesn't actually need your data (although he would get it anyway if you transfer).

Either he's really stupid or a fraud.

Sending the message twice is certainly due to technical reasons and is an oversight.

You don't want to pick up the laptop, nor can you make a PayPal transfer for any reason. As a seller, I would also be suspicious.

Buyer wants to buy> needs your IBAN> Logical.
But why does he want to send his bank details that you automatically get when he has transferred money to you. That does not make sense.

He gets your IBAN anyway, because where else should he transfer the money?

The seller does not need the buyer's account information. But it doesn't hurt if he has it. He just can't do anything with it.

However, I would not transfer money to an unknown person. Why do you want to do something like that?
