Baycom 2700t laptop does not draw power?

I got two Baycom 2700t laptops today. I exchanged the mainboards because one was defective but the other worked
After the conversion, I tried to start the laptop. Once I put the power supply plug in with pressure, it went on, but now it doesn't come on.
There was a battery in there whether it works I don't know I got it out but it still didn't work

That shouldn't really mean bad now, but throw the old part away and save for a new one. I even doubt that the laptop can play YouTube videos smoothly.

That's not the point I want to install Windows XP on this laptop to sell more expensive on eBay (29.99 euro)
