There are still notebooks with HDD. But these are now more in business devices that require a lot of memory, or where speed and slim optics are not the top priority.
Since the notebook hard drives are / were particularly slow, SSDs have a clear advantage. In addition, the storage space of larger hard disks on laptops is used less often.
SSDs are just faster, shock-resistant (especially in mobile devices, quite interesting), smaller and now so affordable that it no longer hurts the consumer. So why should you still offer HDDs in notebooks if nobody wants to buy them anyway?
