The letters B & N do not work on my keyboard, I have already blown out the keyboard, but that has not changed. Sometimes go sweet, sometimes not. The laptop is only 2 years old.
Carefully remove the buttons and add the contact spray.
If there's a defect, search Ebay for a new, relatively inexpensive one.
You can usually find the installation on Youtube.

First, make smart what a keyboard in the bay costs and see if you then trust yourself to swap or have someone to do it for you. Depending on the device, this can be a bit tricky. A bit of experience, as everywhere, can't hurt ^^
But I… Either it will go back afterwards, or not. Nothing breaks there.
