So I've had a new laptop for a few months and haven't actually installed anything on it because I don't want to slow it down unnecessarily. Now I would like to play Sims 4 on it and wonder if that would harm the laptop or if it would not change anything. I would also be interested in why yes or no. LG.
Ne stays the same
To do this, we would have to know which laptop it is…
Lenovo Yoga 530
Then you do not need to ask yourself the question, Sims 4 will not run on it…
If you haven't opened the game in the background, it won't affect your PC's performance. This applies to every program.
Okay I didn't know, thanks
Games alone won't slow down your laptop. They only have an influence on your hardware when they are on, which is normal, in the end they also release the resources.
It becomes problematic at some point if something is installed and uninstalled from time to time. This can increase the access times to the hard disk. See also defragmentation.
No changes the performance.
Your notebook will only slow down when you start the game.
When you finish the game everything is as before.
Do you have a Lenovo Yoga 530?
Yes SIMS 4 runs on it, but something else is nice. Especially with mods and CCs.
Thank you 🙈
Have tried it and it works fine for me.
