Insert picture of mobile phone on laptop?

I had to scan my certificate for my application and then paste it into my e-mail. I do not know how I can transfer that from the mobile phone to the laptop, can someone help me?

Hold your finger on the image you need in the Images or Gallery folder until it gets stuck or solidifies. Then divide or release at the 3 points or dashes above. Then choose your mail and then send it to yourself.

Alternatively, cell phone with charging cable s.PC- copy the image from the images (DCIM) folder on the Rechenknecht and you have it at leisure.

Make you nen yandex account and upload it there in the cloud and from the pc you log on yandex again and download it
Or just use your charging cable to copy
