I have reinstalled my laptop with a Windows 7 CD and I seem to have a standard VGA video card but I actually have an amd Radeon 7670M like I activate the AMD card
It is best to look on the website of your notebook manufacturer for the appropriate drivers for your notebook model and install them accordingly.
Windows itself only brings standard / or universal drivers in its own installation in most cases.
You can download the appropriate driver here:
https://www.amd.com/...n-hd-7670m
As long as it is not installed, Windows simply uses the "Standard VGA" driver. Therefore, the graphics solution also appears as a "standard VGA" graphics card.
